“I’ve tried reaching out a couple times today. I’ve left messages about getting a link to pay my bill. No one has responded. This is very frustrating, since your website has changed I have not been able to link my account. Every time I notify someone about this they just send me a payment link without helping connect the account for future payment. I’m still confused why my it’s my job to connect my account for payment? Shouldn’t my unit be registered under my account already? Also, since no one was reachable today and you’re closed the next few days I will be unable to pay on time, and this results in me getting a late fee. Very frustrating..”
