“The management Lisa And storage facility company in itself are a huge rip off. The manager Has a very unprofessional Attitude and also looked like she rolled out of bed. ( Wear sweatpants and hoodie every time I’ve seen her) The company doesn’t have a System or way for you to contact upper Management if you’re having issues, and when you get through to the customer service line, you never get a response back from the upper management or company ) they do not care If you’re having a bad experience.They also wont give information of superiors. I was having issues using their system to pay for a storage unit. They like to blame it on a new system, but Really it’s just a scam to collect easy rent so you better Hope you have no issues. The owner , if it even is, the owner likes to respond super unprofessionally to bad reviews(I think it’s Lisa). Don’t be fooled by the good reviews Lisa, the manager likes to use social media To get good reviews..”
